Web Page

Our web and graphics experts will put together and install a one page landing page for your conference.

To make sure it hits the mark, we do the following:

  • Questionnaire – We will send you a form to get all the critical information about your conference.
  • Chat – we will talk with your conference committee on the phone for 45 minutes to get the details
  • Draft – we will email you a draft of the page, allowing for final tweaks and changes.
  • Final – We will install the final page, making things ready to go.

Your Conference Page will include the following:

  • Conference Title
  • Conference Info (When, Where, Cost)
  • Body
    • Attention Grabber Body
    • Speaker List

Make your conference marketing pop with a Conference Banner.

Our graphics designer will take your Chapter Logo, Conference Title and combine with a relative (geographic or conference topic) graphic to give your conference that extra professional edge.

Registration System

Conferences are stressful enough.  Get rid of the burden of dealing with the sign up process and wondering how many people are attending through CReSt.

We will set you up on CReSt, our Conference Registration System.  Adding a simple link to your web page will:

  • Let people sign up.
  • Let people pay by Credit Card*, or indicate if they will pay by Check or PO.

CReSt will then email you and your committee a daily report of signups and how they paid.

* A 5.2% Credit Card fee is applied to each purchase.

Automated Email Marketing

Marketing gurus say someone has to see something three to five times or more before they will act – that is, sign up for your conference.  Let the power of technology help with this.

For your conference, we can take your content from our other services and use it to email your mailing lists.  This will include the following emails:
